I am a 23 year old military wife, currently living in Fuquay Varina, NC with my husband!  I have gotten so lazy with it being just him and I and have gained about 70 pounds since my freshman year of college.  It's hard to want to exercise and change when all I do is go to work and come home to spend time with my husband and my golden retriever Hailey, but I'm ready to make a change and the 17 day diet really sounds like a great diet I can do, and stick to!!
