3rd day

Well today is my 3rd day on the diet and I actually feel better. I have more energy and I feel more at ease and alert. The first two days I felt had episodes when I felt light headed and had a headache, but I would drink water or eat a raw vegetable. I think it was because I losing fluid so fast that it was making me feel out of sorts, but the water really helped. Today I have had no problems and have felt full all day long. i make sure I keep plenty of fluids in me. I made a calendar and broke it down by days, cycles, and months. I listed my beginning weight and at the end of each 17 day intervals I will list my ending weight for that cycle. It is poster size so I can see it everyday. It really does make a difference. I am so looking forward to getting back to my normal weight and getting to know who I am again. So far though I have lost 7 lbs. so far and can not wait for this 1st cycle to end so I can move on to the next.

Wow thats awesome! 7lbs! Congrats! Tomorrow is day 3 for me and was contemplating getting on the scale tomorrow but am a little afraid. I dont feel like ive lost anything so far. i dont want to get discouraged.
