I am a single mother of 4 children aged 11 to 17.  I have been defined by my role as homemaker for 14 years and now I have found that I have lost the sense of myself that I had.  Everything I do has been for my children whether it be removing them from a difficult abusive marital situation to trying to be their everything as their father is unreliable.  I am trying to make 2010 a year for my own personal development, I truly believe that if I can show my children that I am worth striving for then they will come out of this difficult time in their life knowing that they can to.  So I must make it my priorty to teach by the example I set.  I am currently enroled in a correspondence course as well as night school for computer upgrading.  To help make ends meet, I take in Korean students coming to experience Canadian education.  I also want to lose 30 pounds for myself.
