I notice some skin growth on and around my neck. They look like meaty moles, they sometime hurt when my hair gets tangled around them and they hurt when my clothes rubs against them. Why do I have them and are they removable? Will they leave scares? If they are removable will I get them back after they been removed? There ugly looking and they make me feel uncomforable I'm always trying to hide them with my hair or my clothes. Please advise.........
