Hello!  I am a 39 year old science teacher who has Type 1 diabetes.  I have always been fairly active and enjoy exercise, but I have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember.  I have three wonderful boys (13, 11 and 9) and an amazing husband at home and I am anxious to try a new approach to weight loss.
