Paplar Eczema

My son has had eczema since about one year old. As soon as we took him off formula and put him on milk he broke out with all of these red bumps all over his back, stomach, chest, legs and elbows. We thought initially it was an alergic reaction to penicillin. But once we took him off of the penicillin meds he still had the bumps. We took him to more than one dermatologist, with the same diagnosis of paplar (sp?) eczema. We did treatments for many of his younger years including creams, steriod ointments, and bathing rituals. Nothing really seemed to make an improvement. We did notice after taking a cruise that he cleared up being in the ocean saltwater so began giving him real sea salt baths. However, even this treatment's success seemed to fade in time. Not sure if his body just got used to it or not. We've also noticed that he clears up in the summer months when he spends a lot of time in chorlinated water. This still holds true. Last summer we had him tested for "typical" allergies having over 140 specimens injected into his arms with zero positive results. So after seven years of dealing with this condition I have surrendered to the idea that my son is actually alergic to milk. It's the only thing that makes sense. I was told by his doctors that the only way to truly prove this theory is to remove dairy from his diet. I had always been hesitant to do so given dairy was such a major part of his diet. He loves cheese & yogurt and not to mention I was concerned about his getting enough calcium in his diet. So now I'm trying to make this change in his diet and he has decided he wants to try it too. So the big question, are there others out there who have removed their child from milk/dairy for this same reason and what all do you have to remove from the diet?

We wash her clothes in a cheap deterg called Extra.. she only uses Dove body wash.. She takes a shower everyother day.. Sponge bathes the other days... She air dries most of the time and puts her lotion/cream on rite after the shower...Have u noticed that its worse in thhe winter? The dr also told us its passed threw the family.. I myself has astham (SP) and they say eczema is a stain of that.. IDK  doesnt sound rite to me but im no dr..
