WORKOUT

Hello!  I have been working (consistantly) since Februay.  I speed walk at 3.5 - 3.8 mph for 60 minutes at 10 degree incline on my treatmill at home.  In February I weighed 172, now I weigh 165.  I want to get down to 135 at least.  I also so core training occasionaly which includes abs and arms.  Alsooo, I am trying to get pregnant, but I want to be healthy.  Any suggestions?  I would really really appreciate some feedback!!!
