it's about cuttting sizes, and exercising more. He said not to cut out anything, you will be craving it, and soon the diet will change.  Choose more low carb. foods, more veggies, and low fat foods.  Don't go under 1200 calories a day, or you will have more health problems.

It was a low carb, high protien diet with atleast 30 minutes of exersize a day. The point is to have everything you want in moderation and try to eat every 3 hours. Don't starve yourself! It will be a temporary quick fix and then when you start eating again, you'll blow up like a balloon :)
