Well, it all started 2 weeks ago after i got off school. I would wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to go back to sleep. Every morning i wake up at 7 and i still feel tired through out the day. I go to sleep around 9 everday, im used to it. Some say its stress? I don't think so, i have nothing to stress over. I'm starting to think i have..INSOMNIA!? Let's hope not?

Have you been checked for anemia (for the tiredness part of it)? Not sure why you'd be waking up in the middle of the night, but maybe it is just your body changing schedules. Are you anticipating something?

No Melissa, i havent been checked. Sometimes, i'll be sitting down and when i stand up its almost as if i cant breath. At times i get very dizzy, and im always tired. I checked the symptoms for Anemia, and i have them all.
it seems that youy have insomnia ....why don,t you walking before you go t sleep !!!
walking is very benifite and help you to sleep easily
Hmm...Insomnia? OH NO! Well, last night i tried drinking warm milk while day dreaming before falling asleep and it seems to have worked, i actually woke up at 10 today. I feel great :) But i also think i've found whats been causing me to stay up at night, i use the computer alot. It seems that the bright light keeps your brain wide awake? That's what i've heard. So im trying VERY HARD to not use it so much, and i also need to be active during the day, i mostly just sit and watch tv. That's very bad, killing my barin cells!
