I'd see your doctor and explain things just how you explained it here in your blog.  I'd see your OBGYN, and if you don't have one your primary care doctor can recommend one.  I can't tell you what's wong, it could be a variety of things.  Good luck.

When you vomited did you notice something strange... like what you threw up looked undigested and like something you had eaten the day before?  If so you might have delayed gastric emptying, this is something that you would need to discuss with a Gastroinerologist.

Are you running a fever or do you have any discharge?  If so you might have a vaginal infection that needs to be seen by a OBGYN, it could be something simple or a more serious infection and you should not put it off.

Does it hurt or sting when you urinate?  That could be a sign of a bladder infection.

Have your periods been normal?  If they are lighter than normal or late you might be pregnant and with the pains I would suggest being checked for an eptopic pregnancy.  You can take an EPT to check at home but your best bet is a blood HCG pregnancy test.

Basically, there are so many different things that it could be that it is very difficult to give you any suggestions and you really should go and see your doctor.  Any pains that have lasted as long as yours need to be evaluated by a medical professional.

Hon, even if you can't explain what you feel, the dr can do the job of diagnosing.  Meliss is right.  Call, say you have been experiencing abdominal pain, before and after, etc. and they will make an appt to find out what if anything is wrong.  Keep us updated.  Bobbie

I had the same problem! Have your doctor do an ultrasound because it sounds like it's a cyst on your overies. Have it checked asap! Let me know what happens.  Laura

all i can say is just go to the doctor and explain what you can do him..its there jpb to find out whats doing on.. i have stomach upset and pains ometime but it can also be from stress...and sometimes if you dont go to the bathroom regularly it can cause pain around the lower area of your stomach...But your best bet is to see your doctor and just let him know what you can...hes your doctor just show him where the pain is and tell him how you feel....
