I have severe pelvic pain. I have been treated for cysts and endometriosis and have had laparascopic surgery to "clean up" in there. The pain went away for about a month or 2, then came back. The 2nd ultrasound showed no sign of cysts or anything abnormal.

I am young and am not done having children. I have a hard time getting pregnant, and am wondering if endometriosis and/or ovarian cysts are a big cause of infertility, what are my options, and will this affect my future of more children?
