how can I be pregnant

I found out a couple of weeks ago that I am pregnant through an ultersound but my ua and my blood test say negative so how is it possible? I am somewhere between 16 to 21 weeks and am scared it means I might have problems or that there will be problems with the baby. Does anyone have advice for me?

I'm trying to find out if being pregnant but showing negative on ua and blood means that there is going to be complications or something I'm doing that not let it show on the tests

looking for friends to help me figure out what to do.
I am a 33 year old mother of two teens. I recently had and ultersound a couple weeks ago showing that I am pregnant but the obgyn that I seen after words says there is no way that I am pregnant because my ua and blood test both say negative. The ultersound dr said I was about 12 to 15 weeks. So does anyone now why my test maybe showing negative? Does this mean that my baby will have problems?
