I'm mostly sedentary.  I wrecked my knee several years ago.  Tore the medial meniscus.  Knee has degenerated and according to the last x-rays, have bone on bone.  Pain is a companion.  I've had renal failure at least two times requiring hospitalization.  I try to be more active and to watch what I eat.  I love dogs and cats.  I have two dogs,  Moochie and Ali Bubba (Ali Babba's cousin from the South) and I have 3 cats, Isis, Jasper & Gracie.  They were, the cats, born to a feral mother who left them on my driveway in April of 1997.  They were less than a day old.  Of the 5 in the liter, these 3 survived.  It's very hard to raise such you kittens.  I like TV. movies and reading.  I love my pets and consider them my children and often say that the only thing I did not do was to give birth to them.  I have a sometimes dark sense of humor.  I've been experiencing senior moments since I was 12.  They used to call it the absent minded professor.  But, now after the initial self anger at forgetting something, I find it really funny.
