DAY 12 -CYCLE: 13.3 pounds MIA. Insomnia, night time hunger and leg cramps this week can all be attributed to not drinking enough water (IMHO). I am almost afraid to report this amazing result. I am afraid I will pinch myself and wake up. But boy! Do I feel good!

Good for you Janice! That's terrific. It's hard to keep up with the water, but you have to really make a conscious effort to do it, if you don't you will plateau, trust me, been there, done that, back to the H2O!
