Missing in Action

DAY 12 -CYCLE:  13.3 pounds MIA. Insomnia, night time hunger and leg cramps this week can all be attributed to not drinking enough water (IMHO). I am almost afraid to report this amazing result. I am afraid I will pinch myself and wake up. But boy! Do I feel good!

Good for you Janice!  That's terrific.  It's hard to keep up with the water, but you have to really make a conscious effort to do it, if you don't you will plateau, trust me, been there, done that, back to the H2O!

Thanks, writerchick1. I thought water doesn't have calories so it won't be missed. But if I miss the water, it ruins the program.

Great- I have been struggling with the night time hunger and insomnia as well for the past 5 days-  I must admit i have not been conciously trying to keep on top of the water -  i will now- Thanks Jancie13
