GAK!! So much to remember on this diet. It's enough to leave you speechless! Try or die. Blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, apples, carrots, cucumbers, dill, yoghurt, tiny unsalted almonds. It is possible to eat out of baggies and to avoid cooking (except for the egg whites). Yup! That'll work!

oh come on now. You can't do this diet without maikng that yummy chicken vegetable soup! I like the idea of not cooking once we get to summer though. Then I wouldn't mind your "baggie" system.
