DAY 10: Fourth day at the same weight Renewing balance: more water, more exercise. In sync on diet and would like to up-tempo. No more distractions (weather, care-taking, squirrels binging at the bird feeder--great spring as they drive off the red-headed woodpecker. No temptation to cheat. I just want it done. Focusing on the beauty of each day to de-stress. Six deer munching in the back yard at sunrise and sunset. With perseverance the snail reached the ark.
