The Bowling Ball Diet

218 this morning! I haven't seen this in a long time. 11.3 pounds released so far. If I had to carry a bowling ball in each hand every day, within 20 minutes I'd be complaining. Yet I do it every day with extra weight. Drinking water and making sure I do the probiotics are my two biggest helps. Plain yogurt, a hint of truvia, and fresh raspberries! YUM!
