I have nothing but good things to say about the 17 day diet. I started my diet on July 13 so have been on it just about 6 months and I have lost 33 pounds. My only problem is I'm not sure where to stop. I'm 5'2 and 59 years old. The book says for someone who is 5'2 and small boned (which I am) I should weigh 96 lbs. No way, Jose. I'm currently 125 and feel maybe a few more pounds will do it. The funny thing is since Christmas I've been eating and drinking things I shouldn't and I'm still losing weight. Any suggestions? Everyone is telling me I look great now but I just don't see it although I can tell I've lost weight and happy with the way I look but not sure if I should continue to try to lose a bit more.

Go to Webmd and then look for their BMI calculator, when you put in your height and weight it will tell you if you are in normal range or not. I think they have one on here also.
