My vagina doesn't smell too good and I need help!!!!! I have tried eating more natural yogurt and cleaning myslef with body wash every morning but the smell has only changed a bit and it's still not pleasant. What can I do to make it smell good like a vagina naturally should?

Is it a "fishy" smell?  If so, then you have Bacterial vaginosis. An ob/gyn can take a swab to make sure that's the culprit for the smell.

Usually you need to take antibiotics to rid yourself of the infection.

Get your vitamin D level checked.  I'll bet that you have a very low level. If you get your level to 50-80 ng/ml ongoing (i.e., don't stop taking it once you get your level up), you will no longer have this problem.  Body odor in other parts of your body (which you probably have, right?) will clear up, too.  Vitamin D enables gene expression.  These gene sequences are like computer codes in our bodies.  They turn into proteins with the help of magnesium.  The proteins then do everything you can think of in our bodies, and one of the types of proteins is antimicrobial peptides (basically, our own natural antibiotics, antifungals, antivirals). Ask your Dr. for a 25(OH)D test.  Once you get your level, you can follow UC San Diego School of Medicine's rule for your dosage: every 1000 IU's raises the blood level by 10 ng/ml.  I hope this helps.

I have talked with my own doctor about this and the reason I have that issue is the amount and type of medications I have to take for my medical conditions.  I know there can be many, many reasons, but for me, it is the type of medications I take.  The same medications that cause this issue for me, also cause dry mouth leading to Gingivitis.  My medications are well needed to keep me alive and healthy, but they can be a pain in the backside by times.
