I'm a 62 year old woman, retired and loving life.  In 2008 I suffered a stroke, which led to aneurysm coling in right side of my brain.  I have been diagnosed with small artery disease and have suffered a total of 4 TIAs. 

I also suffer severely from chronic Fibromyalgia and lower back pain caused by neuropathy.  I take Cymbalta and stretch daily to help with these conditions.

I work hard at staying as healthy as possible by walking daily and eating healthy to maintain my weight.  I love to cook and have recently taken a cooking class with local chefs.  My husband and I have traveled to  Germany and have had some wonderful times there, as well as made some wonderful friends.
