Wear heals
Wear regular size clothes and shop in regular section
Enjoy buying clothes
Have energy
Relieve back pain
Get rid of plantar fasciitis
Not be embarrassed in a swim suit
Ride on a roller coaster comfortably
Ride a zip line
Wear a tank top
Go swimming at the beach or public pool
Take my daughter to swimming lessons
Sit comfortably on an airplane or movie theatre seat
Go roller blading
Go to my class reunion or run into people that knew the Skinny me and not be embarrassed.
If you have not made a list I highly recommend that you do so as it is really inspiring to see what all your personal rewards will be and what all the weight is taking from you!

I feel exactly the same way. Somehow I still feel like the skinny me trapped inside this strange body. I look in the mirror and a fat stranger looks back at me. There are so many things I USED to do....ski, bike, dance etc. I can't wait to do these things again. Thanks for making me think of my list.

already did my list and started to figure out the style of suits i want to wear to work...it is exciting...
I would love to see everyone's lists! I just feel like it really helps to actually have it written down and to really think about it!
LOVE THIS!!! You read my mind, this is the same list I have! Only thing is, my class reunion was last year, so now I have to wait another five years before I can really feel the satisfaction of showing all the Mean Girls that I am hotter than them. LOL! Keep up the blogging, you're doing great!
