Today was going to be tricky. Brunch with all my sisters and they love to eat and eat and its all fatty food. So this morning i went prepared..i made my lunch to bring.. big chicken salad and becasue i knew that they were having chocolate cake and roulade and whatever else would be produced i brought a small portion of sugar free jello. Just aswell.. it was all breads and coleslaw potatoe salad cheese cheese and more.....so i managed to eat what i brought and even managed to pass on my jello. Its now dinner time and i have fish in the oven and lots of veggies to eat. I have to still do excercising...missed out this morning but i i will do 40 mins later to make up. Miss eating toast today...big one for the irish.....and the bikkie with the cup of tea.but as i am not having 10 cups of tea im not missing the bkkies as much.. God give me the strength to keep going xxx
