Ive been diagnosed with fybromyalgia, a shourmens kyphosis of the thoratic spine and three buldging disks of the lower lumbar spine. i have been threw phsyical theropy 5 times and have also had trigger point injections 25+ of them, that were failed two hours after the procedure. this was several months ago. now my dr is completly refusing to perscribe any pain medication for my really terrible days. and is recomending that i get a...

hello this is my first blog here, Im currently suffering with pain and odd muscle spasms, that leave me extreamly fatiuged all the time. And leaves me wondering what i can do on a day to day basis that doesnt leave me in severe pain that night and the next day. the medications that i take make me feel terrible but if i dont take them im in pain and the muscle spasms are terrible....
