I am an Middle School Science teacher . . . eighth grade actually! I am passionate about what I do: I teach students science! First semester's curriculum is human anatomy and physiology. I expect my students to know this stuff, and this school year is looking like a success. Second semester's science curriculum is "matter." I love teaching my students introductory chemistry as much as I love teaching them human anatomy and physiology!

I am 'mommy' to my 17 year-old son, who's a high school senior this year. I'm 'mommy' to my 20 year-old daughter. She's taken a semester off from her undergrad studies. I believe we refer to it as a 'time for reflection.' She plans to get back to the university this Spring 2009 semester. She'd planned on pursuing a degree in pre-K to 2 education, however . . . looks more like a degree in business is more in the stars! I'm also 'wicked step-gunky' to my 36 and 40 year-old daughters whose mother got to give birth to them! (so, I'm also 'gigi' to my 5 grandkidniks!)
