About Me

Welcome to my page! My name is Wendy I am married to a wonderful husband Chad. Chad is a blessing to the boys and I, were lucky to have each other. We have 3 boys, Shane, Brody & Kaeden. Shane & Brody are from a previous marriage. We are the typical crazy family and for sure disfunctional..LOL!! Chad is in the AirForce and stationed at Luke. We have orders to be transferred to Tyndall AFB in Florida, Im excited but also a lil scared. I am a stay at home mom and am frustrated with myself because i am a prcrastinator:( I pray to God that I can get my butt into shape before May 2010 when my husband gets home from Korea for a year:(

This is my wish below:

I would LOVE a mommy makeover! Ive always been overweight & was called terrible hurtful names from kids in school my husband(now ex). When i got divorced in 2001 i ran to Meth & got skinny & was happy only to find out after 4 yrs i was addicted and not being the mother of 2 tht I was before. I met my husband Chad in 2004 & got clean in 2005. Im now so fat & I have tried many things & nothing works fast enough for me to keep it up. Can you please help me! What should I do? My stomach is flabby from my 3 kids & my breasts are saggy i just HATE what I look like. My boys keep asking when the baby weight will go away. I just want to get a head start so when I go to the gym I dont feel like Shamu. I would love so much for a makeover I feel I would be a happier person & no longer need my anti depressants. Please Please help me.. I also wouldn't mind sharing my Meth story on the show anything to keep people and over weight people from getting on meth to lose weight. I know that is a big reason girls try it and get hooked. Thanks 4 your time and God Bless Wendy

Wendy,

It takes great courage to admit our struggles and even more courage to ask for help. Kicking any habit is extremely difficult. Weight is an issue for so many people. Diet and drug companies give people false hope and quick fixes. The only true weight lost solution is changing the way you think.  Weight lost and fitness begins in your mind not in the gym. It is a lifestyle change. Wheat  seems to be a weight problem for many people. Especially for women tha that have polycystic ovary syndrome. (you did not say that was a problem for you, but just thought I would mention that ).  An underactive thyroid can also cause problems with your metabolism. Women should have a thyroid profile to check their TSH  levels. I believe for anyone wanting to lose weight and keep it off.....should stop eating fast food.  Fast food has triple the fat and calories sometimes in a single meal a person needs for the entire day.  Fast food has greatly contributed to our children being overweight.  Good luck..Prayer works wonders also.
