I am living in the Bahamas and teaching children of Naval personnel. I moved from Iowa at the end of October 2010 for this position. I am a teacher librarian with a master's degree. I am divorced twice and my daughter and two children are living in Iowa and my son is married with two children and they are in the process of relocating from Hawaii to North Carolina. I love to travel and have visited Europe, Canada, Mexico and 46 states of this country. I was born overweight and have been fighting to keep my weight at a healthy level ever since. At this time, I am taking no medications for anything. If I can lose about 25 pounds, I know that my cholesterol levels will improve which are the only numbers that I am worried about right now.
