When I get weight be always in the buttocks area

What should I do

dance, dance, dance..... Especially salsa dacning. Ride a bike. Walk, walk, walk. I am 50 pounds over weight right now but mine is do to steroids for my RA. But soon my doc will be weaning me off. Will take a few months, but then back to my dancing. I have a video on my page, unfortunatley no music but I was working out to Fergie. I had a cheap camera then. Take a look if you want. Start small.  Substitude to green tea from coffee, or use vegetable oil instead of butter when you cook, or order tea or juice rather than soda when you dine out.

Define who you are and decide.

Detox.  It is really easy to do and you don't need a lot of money to do it (less than $10).

I.  Try with 1/8 squeezed lemon into drinking water.  Stir and serve.  You can infuse the drinking water with lemon slices too.  Do this daily and brush your teeth right after words to clean out the acid.


II.  If you don't like this method, try these two recipes:

1 apple, 1/2 cucumber, and 4 mint leaves: juice them or blend them.  Stir and serve.
1 baby red cabbage and 1/4 head iceberg lettuce: juice or blend them together and serve.

By making small changes like these, you will see and feel the difference.  I know at least one of them will work.

Oh yeah, minimize the salt consumption.  Try to use different spices.  A salt sounds like assault.  Doesn't it?

And yes to walk!!! not with high heels though.  When you walk, wear walking, tennis, or running shoes.

if you want to loose that booty  then  squats   use a ten pound dumbell hold it in both hands lift the dumbell above the head and then go into a squating position but when you do that move your arms to but always hold the dumbell
