Most great diet food plans for the those in good health are nice but dont appily every time a good ballanced diet with plenty of orange juice bannannas and potatoes are ok for most Except.
This is not applicable to an an end stage renal disease patient on hemodialysis (artificial kidney filtration ) most of this does not apply to a large area individual diets.
When a tipical set of diet instructions is followed the ESRD patient could result in poorer health due to chemical imbalance. Since the body eliminates water compilable minerals and vitimines in its natural healthy state and is not dealt with with lack of that filtering process a Blanket Eat this not that statements may not apply to you for your personal health. Check with your Nutritionist that knows your health status.. Heart patient, Diabetic, Hypertensive patient and common over weight each have different solutions in the ingredient list that are safe for you personal. now if your healthy but over weight then this MAY apply but you need an annual Physical to know your in good general health outside of a few pudgy pounds.Limit your salt don't buy foods that have tenderizer in it and skip the MSG. Know your status. Then you can see if this is healthy for you, or will end in harm to your body.
I say this as a suviving a bit over a year now with hemodialysis 3 days a week @4 hours to properly limit some of the essencial minearls and chemicals that keep my body funcitoning properly.
