I'm a 50 yr old woman.  Had gastric bypass in oct 2003.  lost 177 lbs.  Have gained back 30.  Want to get it back off. I have had 2 major surgeries on my rt foot and haven't bee whole and on both feet in over 14 months.  I lost 7 pounds being my my wheelchair this year strolling 2 miles a few times and staying active. I dance on one foot to stay active.  Am at the cusp of going either direction.  I choose health and weight loss.
