what are other tennants rights when you live in an apartment complex with 14 other disabled people.ALl the rest are in their right minds exspect one who isin the last stages of alzheimers. She is disrupting my enjoyable ,peacefull place to live acussing me  & other teannts of going in her apartment stealing things,when she is actualy selling it to go buy her cirgaretts & Liqior & beer. We have called the police on herCause if you leave something in the laundry room  You don't get in there beforethey stop right  away she takes it claims it is hers rather it fits her or nto  it is her.YOU  call police the ygo after it  you get it back then she goes around tells everyone who walks in it is hers.This makes you look bad if they don't know you or .I can't take much moreofthis my nervers are shot.But no one esle will really file areport they are scare they will get kicked out ifthey complaine about it.In ohio there is a law if you disrupt other teants enjoyable peacfull opplace to live you can be evicted they have enough complaints on this person only she has alzheimers now what are our rights as other teannts what can we do without being the ones ot have to move we don't have any where else to go but our bloddpreasure are sio highwe don't know what to do any sugetions?? Yes we have went to the landlord  wit hno results.called the mental health  where she goes nonthing  they laugh at us.Polcie  says just keep fileing complinants soon  eonough they will have to get her out but when ??w\hen one of us haveaheart attack from the stress?? this isn't fair to us...Please help fast!!!!!!!!
