IVE NEVER BLOGGED BUT I AM REALLY TRYING TO DO THIS 17 DAY (LIFESTYLE) CHANGE, IM CALLING IT THAT BECAUSE I FEEL ALL PAST DIETS HAVE FAILLED EXCEPT ATKINS WORKED AND THEN I STOPPED AND PUT THE WAY BACK ON FASTER THAN I CAME OFF. IM HAPPY WITH THIS BOOK IVE READ IT COVER TO COVER AND IM ON MY SECOND TIME, BASICLLY I WANT TO MEMORIZE IT> IT MAKES SENCE EVERYTHING DR. MIKE SAYS. BEING SKINNY IS NOT THE MAIN GOAL BUT TO BE HEALTHY IS, TO BE SKINNY ALONG WITH IT IS AN ADDED BONUS. I HAVE ABOUT 25-30 LBS TO LOOSE IM 5'3" AND MY IDEAL WEIGHT WULD BE ABOUT 125 BEACAUSE I AM MUSCULAR AND AS IVE HEARD (I HOPE) MUSCLE WEIGHTS MORE THAN FAT. RIGHT NOW IM A SOLID LITTLE THING. WEIGHT LOSS WILL MAKE ME SLIMMER AND MORE ENERGETIC... I WILL STICK TO IT... THIS IS MY YEAR....

You will love that you are taking this first step to a lifestyle change. I have over 90 pounds left to go. I have almost 14 gone. My daughter started 16 days ago. She has about 35 pounds to lose. She is down almost 15 and is looking so much better. It is really good that you sound so motivated. Good luck!
