Today the show talked about sleep problems. Well 3 months ago I was put on high blood pressure meds which messed with my sleep. I would stay up and be so tired but just couldn't sleep. After 2 weeks I was put on sleep meds and am on my 2nd bottle. I want to get off them but can't seem to sleep without them. Need to know what to do. I know it can't be good...
