About Me
I am a retired teacher who is 56. I had to retire due to fibromyalgia keeping me from being able to be consistantly there for my position. I loved my position as an Technology Integration Specialists. Since retiring, I have been picking up weight due to pain and lack of exercise. So I decided to start the 17 day diet. Today was my first day and everything went well except now I am unable to sleep. I have to take medication for sleeping anyway due to fibromyalgia causing me to have insommnia. I read how green tea wasn't supposed to have much caffeine in it but I believe I am playing for it? Is there something else I can use in the place of the green tea?
