Hi, I hope you are doing well after your surgery, do you know why they used staples? I just had the

steri-strips that came off after the wound was healed. Did the surgeon give you any info or instructions

about the staples, if not I would call and ask.

They did us steri-strips on top. The disolable staples are internal under the scar I did find out they were a resin staple. It is used instead because of sutures because it is faster. She said they disolve in time. But didn't say how long it would take. Must be new.
