I am a recovering alcoholic / drug addict for 22yrs I have panic disorder that stops me from living a normal life. I am alway in search for new ways to help myself, I will not give up. I can not leave my home without freaking out or using meds to help me. I will get better; when not so sure how long it will take. I do know in the last year things are getting better for me I have been going for little walks and to the stores. I also know I have to do baby steps to beable to learn to climb. I have 3 great kids and 5 grand children. I would love to just feel normal without panic so I can live again. God Bless
