My style is simple, I absolutely LOVE getting up in the morning! Best part of the day.  I enjy spending time with my kids as well as my grandchildren.  They are in the same age group! Since my accident at work, it has slowed me down.  I have gained weight ( as well as water weight).  This has made me more sluggish.  I am REALLY hoping that I am able to make a life change and this could help my healing process as well! Hoping that I can do the video.  I used to be active!!   Absolutely Love dancing. Country, swing ect.
