About Me

I am a a mother of 5, grandmother of 4, 62 years young (closer to 63), not that the number should matter.  Some times I feel much younger and other days I feel much older.  How can I improve my life so that the younger is more prevalent. 

was diagnosed with Diabetes 2, lost approximately 37 lbs since then and take my meds regularly.  I want to lose more weight but seem to be at a standstill. I really could use some advice as to how to do this when I have arthritis and that interfers with exercising. 

I am 5'2" and weigh about 151 lbs.  I would like to lose more weight but toalso get toned up too!

Can you HELP!
