I love sports and being active despite having various ailments.  I have two herniated discs that were "repaired" about five years ago.  I also have a grade 1 tear of my right rotator cuff.  Atrial Fibrilation of the heart and Generalized Anxiety Disorder.

Things I love include my wife Candy..our garden..our cats..watching Canadian Football Indy Car Racing and many other sports.
