I am a 44 year old woman, married with two children.  I work from home, so I am extremely sedentary.  I am a very stylish person, who loves life, friends and family.  Life is so amazing and has so much to offer, but I've found myself losing my zest for it...I am looking for my confidence, my softer side and my enthusiasm...has anyone seen it?  HELP!
