Hi. Haven't seen a post from you in a while. Hope everything is ok.

Gaggy I am so happy to hear from you!  It is usually very sunny here in Northern MN in the winter, but of course when a person could really use the sun to feel better this year it has hardly shone!  We had rain most every day during the summer and snow most every day this winter... and lots of cold temps it was 20 below most of last week.  Today it is a heat wave 25 above and the sun is trying to peak out, but it is still snowing.  We live in a farm house as well but have done a lot of renovation and added tons of insulation years ago, had to.  The electric bills are still very high we have a wood furnace and burn a lot of wood.  Of course that is a lot of work for the hubby.   Yes I am angry with God I don't understand why people who are so good and help others are the ones that have to go and the mean, I don't care ones keep on keeping on.  My kids were my life I didn't care about monetary things.  We worked hard and spent time with our family.  Raquel was my best friend we talked every day.  My son is very quiet and hard to talk to.  I live in a small town so I really don't have any one I can talk to because it would get spread everywhere.  Hate that small town gossip.  I grew up in Oregon, where we respected our neighbors but didn't stick our nose in their business.

Hi Gaggy, how are you?  I haven't seen any comments from you lately so just thought I would check in.  I did start over just before I got my book as I was out of town for a week and though I ate pretty much according to plan my weight just stayed the same.  Once I returned I lost another 3 pounds but it is not going quickly for me, but I didn't expect it to because I always eat pretty healthy so it wasn't a huge life change. 

Hi gaggy. How are you and how is weight loss? My weight loss seems to be a stand still. Hope to see something positive when I weigh this weekend.

I've been on the diet for 8 days and have lost 5 pounds, but am working out for 40 minutes a day, so I guess I'm gaining muscle and loosing fat, but I can tell I'm loosing by looking at myself, it's great, I feel great too.  I'm not haveing any problems with cravings, so it's going quit smooth for me. I guess I'm lucky.  Other diets didn't keep me as satisfied as this one, am going on vacation in three weeks, will be in the third cycle so hope I can hang in there

abusymom...I have photoshop in my computer and I brougnt the pic up and chose resize, then shrunk it to the smallest it would go.  Hope this helps.  I tried it with  other family pics but they will not get under 3 which is the limit here.

Gaggy - I also appreciate your support!  I tried to upload my photo but the picture was too large so I need my hubby's help.  I am not certain how to shrink them like you did scroggy!
