HI im not exactly on a diet but am successfully loosing weight . I just watch the amount of food that I have on my plate. No larger than the palm of my hand ( although yesterday was a different story at my husbands shift picnic LOL . I still eat what i want but have been loosing weight steadily

Drink lots of water! Make sure your diet contains lots of fibre, and exercise!
