I am 60 or 62...years of age...can't usually remember...my philosphy is this number is irrelevant.  I worked in a technical environment during most of my career (30 years) and have worked in education for the past 10 years. I graduated college with a degree in education but worked for 30 years in corporate America. I have taught, been a college Dean, and now work on special projects related to training teachers, and helping students...many of whom are challenged from health and mental issues.I have no plans to retire anytime soon...as I believe work keeps my brain going and keeps me well. This is one of my motivators for watching your show.

My greatest life interest (aside from my family of course) is in health including nutrition, mental health, body chemistry, and new medical technologies and procedures, and how the human brain learns (my philosphy: a big area our public school systems need to look at!).  This is why I record all of your shows and have not missed any since day #1.  I also record and watch Dr. Phil, Oprah, and Dr. Oz.  You all provide much needed information to the general public...people who either do not have the time, or the interest in reading....visual learners.

I have a great family...we are a blended family "which works".  All the kids are "our kids"....they are all very different, exploring their lives, and enjoying it.  One child is single and working on a new career....he is a cancer survivor, one couple lives in Liberia Africa...a move due to the drop in our US construction industry, and one family lives in San Diego with our 2 wonderful grand children.
