About Me

Hi...i am single parent and a Realtor in nashville, tennessee...before my divorce in 2006 i was up to 213 pounds and not happy. during my divorce i lost over 70 pounds and got down to 136 and friends and family told me i was too thin so i got up to 150 where i was comfortable and healthy...i maintained my weight by working out and swimming at the ymca...i kept the weight off until last year since i started traveling with a friend on cruises and just started eating and drinking wine more than i should. now i am up to 200 pounds and i want it off! i am back to working out 3 times a week but it is not coming off i lose 3 or 4 pounds then gain it back. i am ready to be back to 150 and that is my goal by april of this year! thank you for your support...i am going to log in my excersise and diet while working on my goal....and of course, commit to this challenge with the doctors and dr. phil.:)
