As I age, I’ve noticed that my pubic area seems to get fattier. I’ve noticed it in men also. I’m embarassed to wear a bathing suit. How can this area of the body be reduced or eliminated?

that area of the body is called the mons pubis and it is there to protect your pubic bone. i think that it’s getting “fattier” because of course when you age you body changes and also your bones become more fragile so the amount of fat would increase. and the best way to battle fat is to exercise.

by the way thanx for posting this i hav the same problem and the only solution i’ve been seeing is to get surgery and i’m not a fan of surgical procedures!
