The Doctors talked about keeping the nose nice and dry. I have a significant dry nose problem. Does anyone remember what they suggested to use since apparently my old solution of Vaseline is not the best one?

Thanks.

I do not know what they recomended but a nose spray called Ocean which is saline spray is good at keeping your nose moist and since is just salt water it is basically the same moistener as natural tears.

I am having problems with my smelling and taste buds anyone have any information on helping to get your sence of smell back?

From the Transcripts…

SEARS: …  Basically keep the inside of their nose moist with some sort of ointment like lanolin ointment or even KY gel. If you just stick a little bit in there, mush it around.  Maybe just once or twice a day is all you got to do. A lot of people will use Vaseline, but actually that can actually dry it out a little bit.

I don’t remember what show it was but they passed a tip about this that works wonderful!! Take some warm water and wet a paper towel and lightly sniff into nose. Not only does it moisten your nasal passages but it washes out your sinus’s too. You would be amazed at what comes out.
