I would like to know why my husband has this oder
It has been more noticeable since he was diagnosed with parkensins & dementia I used to cut his hair, but the oder is so strong to me I do not even want to touch him.
The only way i can explain it is ,it smells like EAR WAX I
have smelled this smell before on his parents,They both had alzheimers, I know he is clean, but it dosent matter, the smell
is so bad I will not use same towel or pillow I do not even want my dog crawling around on him because, buggles smells like my husband, after he rubs his body around his head.

im sorry but ,never mind. Maybe it’s one of the medications he’s on ? Maybe its a starnge side affect. I feel kind of bad for him . he needs to know you love him.i dont want to be rude . but my mom went through a similar thing with my dad.And i would just hate to see that happen to your husband. They started sleeping in separate beds and it really hurt him, he could only confinde in me. Sorry i hope i didnt upset you but those are my thoughts

I once heard that the odor that comes from sweat anywhere on the body is a
result of bacteria and that is what is responsible for the smell and sometimes
the stain it leaves on your clothing. I heard if you drink more water and flush
your system well, you can get rid of the odor and the stains.

Does any have any advice about under arm odor? Its not a loud odor but if you smell yourself someone else can smell you. I’ve had it since puberty and I’m now almost 30. I have changed my diet since then, tried botox, I’ve tried everything. Do you know anyone with this issue and if so how do they handle it?

Well, smells like these occur as well due to eating greasy, sweet foods…
If you would resort to eating more swiss chard, savoy cabbage, mint, bitter melons, okra, white fish, chicken, turkey, cucumbers, green peppers, grapes, sour apples, pears, snow peas, broccoli, brussel sprouts… (these are considered cooling, and bitter foods, which would help you to cool and sweat less)
and avoid anything deep fried, anything sweet, avoid red meat, pork, lamb, basil, garlic, onion, (this foods are considered warming food, which would cause you to sweat more)
Hope this helps… Food is your medicine!
