I wanted to make a comment on your article about Kawasaki disease and your discussion with Brian and Leighanne Littrell. Specifically, I wanted to say something about the Healthy Heart Club. You stated:

Inspired by his son’s struggle, Brian founded the Healthy Heart Club (link), a charity meant to educate children and their families about the benefits of adopting a heart-healthy lifestyle.

In reality, the Healthy Heart Club was founded years and years ago by Brian in response to his own heart problems and what he went through as a child. Those of us that support Brian and his work know that HHC means a great deal to the children who suffer from heart problems and to the parents of these children for whom Brian provides support and care.

I am sure that having Baylee diagnosed with this illness is not easy for Brian. I pray that this will pass and that Baylee will continue to be the wonderful, outspoken, sweet boy that all of us have come to love.
