We recently found out that our dog who is a lab mix (will be 2 years in april) has hip dysplasia.  The vet gave him Dasuquin (Glucosamine Hydrochloride (900mg), Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate (350mg), Avocado/Soybean Unsaponifiables (90mg).  The stuff is expensive $100 for 150 pills.  Can he take the human glucosamine if it has the same ingredients? Not that my dog isn’t worth the money but if i can get the same stuff for cheaper that would be great……
