The Wii game is the Wii Fit, it has been out for some time now. It can be challenging. If you use it, it will get you up off the couch and moving, but you have to use it. It is fun and it is something the whole family can do!

I know it was the WII game system, but I would be interested in knowing which game does this Running/Track portion comes with/on.

There is also Wii Sports, could it be on this?
