A ‘Miracle’ Fruit?
Can a berry grown in the Amazon rainforest work miracles? The Acai berry is made into a juice that is high in antioxidants and is said to help stabilize cholesterol levels, aid in weight loss and work as an anti-inflammatory. What is the difference about the Acai Berry Diet pills compaired to the MonVie drink?

The juice is much more potent for several reasons: – the acai berries potency almost completely dissipates within 24-48 hours. Only MonaVie has a processing plant in the Brazilian rain forest to process the berry at its freshest. The other products aren’t processed using the patented methods and in this timeframe. thanks that info is very helpful. i’ve also been very curious about the acai berry pill and juice. Is there a good website that i can go and buy the juice b/c i that website that was given didn’t seem like it sold it to regular customers, it seems like it was for distributors. can i go on monavie.com and buy a bottle.

SteveG….The Acai Berry can be found in many drinks in local stores in the fruit juice section. The cold fruit juice section. Be sure to check expiration dates.

My personal favorite is by Tropicana Pure……..it has Acai Berry and Pom juice. Make sure the juice is 100% pure juice. It is OK if other fruit juices are mixed in….just no added sugars. You can find the info. on the nutrition label…it’s not always easy to find.
I pay around $4.00 a bottle.

I do know there are a few companies that charge $30. to $40. a bottle. It might be the Acai Berry is more pure…..read labels, it’s all common sense. Good Luck and here’s to our health.

Our family has been taking Monavie for about a year now and we love it!

Also for those of you concerned about the price…let me say this. How much is your health worth? For two people to drink Monavie as directed (2-4 oz twice a day)it will cost you aprox $4.22. To some that may seem a lot, but to me my health is worth it. I ask you to look at your daily routine. Do you stop and get coffee every morning, breakfast, eat lunch out, buy bottles of water? If you really are serious about changing your diet and lifestyle then you CAN afford to add this to your diet. A small sacrifice in your daily routine that isn’t really benefiting you anyway…could change your life. A mind is like a parachute…worthlless unless it is open. Best wishes to all.

Agro Labs used to sell Acai Extreme and it was fantastic. It was as good or better than Mona Vie at half the price. Other juices on the market do not compare.Long lasting energy, not caffeine related, mental clarity, best of all joint pain disappeared. Inexplicably & without warning,they stopped selling it and its replacement is useless as are all the other copy cat formulas i have tried. Mona Vie costs so much because its a pyramind. They tell you it isnt but if it isnt why cant you buy it in stores?—you can only buy it from the authorized dealers who have to sign up people to sell under them to get a good price and the more they sign up the more they make. The sales pitch is reminiscent of amway.

Mona vie is amazing stuff! I had chronic back and hip pain for 2 years and after drinking it for less than 2 weeks my pain is totally gone! It helps with sleep issues as well. The fact that it gives me all my fruits that i need daily is the bonus for me. Mona vie is not a pyramid at all and it is so easy to make lots and lots of money with this and I am a typical mom of three with a part time job as a lunch lady. I stand behind this juice 110%!

The first thing I want to say is some of these responses just blew my mind away!  You know maybe if there was a lot less negativity in this world, people would enjoy living so much more.  I read somewhere that laughter improves your health.  How can people laugh when the can’t even smile because there is so much negative?  The one site where we can talk about the health benefits and I find someone comparing MonaVie and how it is distributed and how they pay to Amway.  There is a reason for this.  It is NOT to limit the avilability, it is NOT to make the cost higher, it is NOT to get people to “sign up”, it is ALL about the advertising.  It is called “word of mouth” advertising.  If people want to put it down, that is fine with me, but before they do, they need to have ALL of the facts and know what they are talking about.  There are so many people out there giving it a bad reputation because people open their mouth without having ALL the facts and NOT knowing what they are talking about.  So, let me break it down for everyone so people can see for themselves and understand this. 

The cost of the MonaVie juice would be the same either way, just like any other product on the market.  Why?  You want to sell a product, you have to advertise it.  So, you have two ways to do this.  You either pay people to do commercials, billbaords, magazines, whatever and they say what YOU, the payer TELL THEM to say.  As a consumer, you have no idea if the products is going to be as good as expected until you try it.  (Should I try a new deodorant, what if it doesn’t work while I am on that HOT date?!?)  See what I mean?  Or you pay people while at the same time you let them buy the product at an extremely lower cost.  You take the money that you would have used to pay the other advertising people and that is what is used to pay these regular everyday people.  These people sign up to get a discount price, in other words the only thing they are commiting to is buying the product at a lower cost.  Now these people who are buying these products, start seeing results.  What are they going to do?  They are going to tell everyone they know.  Not everyone is going to want to try it, but some of them will, so the one that want to “sign up” too.  And of course that person shows them how to do it.  And so on and so forth.  So then they get paid.  Now on paper, it looks like a MLM or a pyramid.  But it is not.  It is called a new generation binary.  So, I don’t know if everyone understood any of that, I hope I explained it ok.  But I hope it makes sense to you all.  If you don’t understand it yet, feel free to ask.

One of the other reasons MonaVie done it this way is due to the fact of choices.  If you are looking for a new Doctor, are you more likely to pick one from the yellow pages, a billboard, a commercial, or the advice of a friend?  Same with trying a new restaurant.  Or anything like that.  Think about it.  Now does the the whole advertising choice make any sense to you now?

Last but not least, due to the cost of the juice, MonaVie knows it is a bit costly.  But to bring you the best nutrtional value they could, they did not want to cut cost anywhere.  Right down to the choice of the color of the bottle.  The color of the bottle even helps preserve it.  So, by doing it this way, they could give back to the community, by paying us to advertise, so we CAN afford to drink it, so WE CAN afford to stay healthy.  For a company like that to think about us in every aspect.  I know they have OUR best interest at heart.  I have to go make supper for my boys, so I will be back to tell you how it changed my health.

Rather than creating a second post, I am just editing.  So, as I said I would come back to tell you how it changed my health…I am back.  When I tried the first bottle, I was taking 28 pills a day for all of my medical problems.  That doesn’t even include the pouches of stuff I had to mix in my drinks 3 times a day (also RX), every day or any of my “as needed” medications.  That was my regular EVERY DAY medications!  So, 3 days into drinking the MonaVie I notice I am not getting tired.  Wait a mintue!!!  Why not?  I have narcolepsy, I AM ALWAYS TIRED!  One of 4 sleeping disorders!  So, I figure it has to be something in the juice.  I still had not looked at any of the papers left, I had not had a chance to, like I said I have 3 boys.  By day 5, still have more energy than usual, I call up the person who GAVE me the bottle and said come over and sign me up.  I don’t have time to eat as healthy as I should (by this time I kind of looked at the papers) and if it will keep giving me energy, for $39, I might as well get it wholesale, but I do not want to sign people up.  He responded with, that is fine, you don’t have to.  So, anyway, 2 1/2 weeks after I started drinking it, I had to go in for a monthly check up, where my cariologist asked what I was doing different.  At first I did not think about the juice, but when he said my potassium was up to 3.3, I said it must be the juice!  You see, for more than a year they could not get it above 2.4!  When it would drop below 2, I would have to get an I.V. with it.  I drank orange juice every day, but that was not enough for what my body needed.  So, I had to bring him the information that had been left with me.  He took me off of some of my medications.  Had me back in two weeks.  My potassium was then up to 3.9!  By the time I had been drinking it for two months, I went from ALL of those pills a day (and pouches) down to 12 1/2 pills a day, my potassium went from 2.4 or below to maintaining between 4.4 and 4.7, and a diagnosis of bad cholesterol to normal cholesterol!  And that is just my appointments with my cardiologist!!!  He did not take me off of all the pills, some of my other doctors took me off of some of them, not to mention that two of them drink it every day as well now too!  But just to give you a little bit of an idea of how it helped me.  And these are actual “tests” bloodwork that can show the changes in my body from it.  Otherwise I would have told you about me knee, the one that I was told I would NEVER be able to kneel on again, as I shattered my patella (7pieces), 4 sergeries later I was told eventually we will have to replace it.  Well, since drinking the MonaVie, I can kneel on it for approximatly an hour, but that is better than not at all!  As I said before any questions, just ask. 

Thats right, you can ask the person who had no intent on telling a single person.  Because my results have been so amazing, I have had people coming to me asking me what is going on, what did I do that I have changed, did the doctors change my medications or something!!!  I will tell you how it is processed, how it was discovered, the other berries in the juice, why they were chose, whatever you want to know.  And if I don’t know the answer, I will find out.  It has changed my life so much that I have gone to the point to learn every little thing that I can about it.
